About the Position

Coordinate and assign care providers to clients according to availability, skills, location, and care needs.
Manage daily scheduling changes, cancellations, replacements, and urgent coverage.
Review and interpret Care Plans to ensure proper matching of staff.
Make outgoing and incoming calls to care providers and clients to confirm schedules.
Maintain accurate documentation of shifts, updates, and communications.
Provide excellent customer service following company communication standards.
Collaborate with case managers and office teams to support daily operations.
Ensure all assignments comply with company protocols and state regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience in scheduling, coordination, customer service, or administrative roles (preferred).

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes.

  • Comfortable making phone calls and assisting both staff and clients.

  • Tech-savvy: familiarity with scheduling systems, CRM tools, and communication platforms.

  • Reliable internet and personal computer.

  • Availability to work Thursday through Monday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pacific Time).
